Marcelo further notes that the investment “will not only generate jobs and develop AI skills within Mexico but will also establish our country as a vital consultancy hub for markets throughout Latin America regarding AI agents and beyond.”
To support this initiative, Salesforce is launching a five-story facility in Mexico City’s Polanco district, accommodating up to 2,000 employees.
