OutSystems has officially launched Agent Workbench, a new platform designed to make agentic AI accessible to all.
In recent years, the company has gained increasing recognition for its low-code AI solutions, which empower organizations to create and customize AI models without the need for specialized engineering expertise.
Agent Workbench, which was announced for general availability at OutSystems’ annual conference in Lisbon this week, applies this same philosophy to agentic AI, one of the key technologies of 2025.
With AI agents, organizations can effectively enhance their workforce through the capabilities of automated digital tasks.
“Organizations are enthusiastic about the potential of AI and agentic systems, but they face challenges with endless pilots and uncontrolled tool proliferation while business impact remains stagnant,” says Woodson Martin, CEO of OutSystems.
“Outdated systems, isolated data, disjointed AI tools, and complicated AI development cycles are hindering progress.
“We developed Agent Workbench to enable the creation of custom agents as a genuine business asset, rather than just an experiment,” he adds.
